Cancellation Policy - Updated October 1, 2026

I ideally ask for a heads up 2 days before your appointment if we need to reschedule our session, AND I recognize life happens and our bodies, brains and external circumstances don’t always cooperate with what’s scheduled. I’ve included a brief note below of time frames and types of charges.

Illness/emergency cancellation (within 48 hours of session) - $25

2 days before appointment - $35

1 day before appointment - $45

Day of Appointment ( Non Illness/Emergency) - $75

No contact no show - $105 ( or full fee whichever is lower)
